ABB框架斷路器跳躍故障診斷及維護(hù)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用!
〔摘 要〕本文介紹了云浮發(fā)電廠多起 ABB 低壓框架斷路器跳躍, 彈簧儲(chǔ)能機(jī)構(gòu) 反復(fù)儲(chǔ)能,從而導(dǎo)致了斷路器本體機(jī)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重變形、負(fù)載設(shè)備損壞的問(wèn)題,對(duì)故障 進(jìn)行分析, 并結(jié)合實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)有效的維護(hù)措施,提高 ABB 低壓框架斷路器安全 使用。

針對(duì)多起斷路器跳躍故障,分析其原因有以下幾方面:
(1)合閘半軸兩端與側(cè)板孔間隙窄摩擦力太大,導(dǎo)致合閘半軸存在回位緩慢 或卡澀,在每次合閘后,電機(jī)會(huì)自動(dòng)對(duì)彈簧進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)能操作,造成當(dāng)電動(dòng)儲(chǔ)能到位 后,合閘半軸仍未到位,于是彈簧能量無(wú)法掛扣住,并瞬間釋放掉,然后重新儲(chǔ) 能,如此反復(fù),如果合閘半軸在期間***到位,儲(chǔ)能機(jī)構(gòu)會(huì)停止儲(chǔ)能,否則會(huì)一 直儲(chǔ)能,將會(huì)打壞內(nèi)部操作機(jī)構(gòu),直到拉開(kāi)控制電源才停止。
(2)工作電源斷路器由于需長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行,未進(jìn)行操作機(jī)構(gòu)***,驅(qū)動(dòng)軸承、分 合閘鉤塊、小軸及轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部位缺少定期潤(rùn)滑,機(jī)構(gòu)積塵或卡澀導(dǎo)致操作故障。
(3)環(huán)境和運(yùn)行溫度的影響,長(zhǎng)期的高溫運(yùn)行,斷路器操作機(jī)構(gòu)上使用的潤(rùn) 滑脂受溫度影響后的有效作用時(shí)間縮短, 導(dǎo)致操作機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部潤(rùn)滑不暢, 如電除塵、 除灰等高負(fù)荷低壓配電斷路器,故障率明顯高于其他低負(fù)荷配電斷路器。
(4)開(kāi)關(guān)的操作頻率低,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)廠家的建議,對(duì)于操作頻率較低或者平時(shí) 不進(jìn)行操作的斷路器, 需要定期對(duì)其進(jìn)行切換操作, 以改善操作機(jī)構(gòu)的潤(rùn)滑壞境, 防止久不操作的斷路器機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部發(fā)生粘住, 而實(shí)際上, 在機(jī)組正常運(yùn)行的前提下, 配電系統(tǒng)的斷路器是較少進(jìn)行切換的。
(5)維護(hù)周期過(guò)長(zhǎng),在機(jī)組穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的前提下,低壓配電斷路器的停運(yùn)機(jī)會(huì) 較少,部分開(kāi)關(guān)的維護(hù)無(wú)法做到每年一次,儲(chǔ)能機(jī)構(gòu)的潤(rùn)滑環(huán)境惡化而致故障。
