開(kāi)車順序：
1、關(guān)閉出口閘閥
2、將水注入水泵，機(jī)械密封混流泵，以排除進(jìn)水管及泵內(nèi)空氣，可從泵體頂端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水（開(kāi)動(dòng)真空泵，排除水泵及管內(nèi)氣體在水充滿水泵的同時(shí)，起動(dòng)水泵，打開(kāi)閘閥，停止真空泵）。
3、開(kāi)啟電動(dòng)機(jī)（注意水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向）。
4、當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，逐步開(kāi)大閘閥，達(dá)到所要求的工況后，調(diào)節(jié)填料松緊。若水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，軸承溫度等都正常，則可繼續(xù)運(yùn)行。
III. Starting
Sequence
1.Close the oulet
sluice valve.
2. Inject
water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe and pump which can realized
by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or
by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump， remove the air from pump and pipes， start
the water pump when the pump is full of water， open the sluice valve， stop the
vacuum pump).
3. Start the
motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)
4. When the motor runs normally，機(jī)械密封混流泵安裝， turn up the
sluice valve gradually， adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the
required working condition.If the pump runs well， the temperature of bearing is

混流泵
泵是一種應(yīng)用廣泛的通用機(jī)械，數(shù)學(xué)家歐拉在一些假設(shè)條件下，推出了葉片泵的Euler 方程，該方程建立了泵的理論揚(yáng)程與葉輪進(jìn)出口運(yùn)動(dòng)速度間的定量關(guān)系。近300年來(lái)，以致使葉片泵設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)。所以，Euler方程也被稱為葉片泵的基本方程。在葉片泵內(nèi)流體在葉輪中的流動(dòng)都是三維空間的流動(dòng)，機(jī)械密封混流泵供應(yīng)商，為了簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算，早期的研究把流體在葉輪內(nèi)的流動(dòng)看作是流體微團(tuán)沿著葉輪流道中心線的運(yùn)動(dòng)。根據(jù)這一假設(shè)，建立了葉片泵一維流動(dòng)理論，也稱微元流束理論。根據(jù)這一設(shè)計(jì)理論建立的設(shè)計(jì)方法稱為一元設(shè)計(jì)方法。后來(lái)人們?cè)谳S對(duì)稱流動(dòng)理論的基礎(chǔ)上提出了葉片式機(jī)械的二元流動(dòng)理論。二元流動(dòng)理論認(rèn)為，葉輪內(nèi)的流動(dòng)是軸對(duì)稱的，葉輪內(nèi)的軸面速度沿過(guò)水?dāng)嗝媸遣痪鶆虻?，即軸面液流速為二元流動(dòng)。二元流動(dòng)較一元更為科學(xué)，更接近真實(shí)的流動(dòng)狀況，但二元理論在實(shí)際上應(yīng)用并不多，僅適合于高比速混流泵的設(shè)計(jì)。

1、上緊壓蓋到適應(yīng)程度
2、調(diào)整填料搭口，使之錯(cuò)開(kāi)一定角度而不在一個(gè)方向
3、更換填料
4、更換符合要求的石棉填料
5、更換軸套
1.Tighten the gland up to suitable degree
2.Adjust the padding jiont up to some
angle not in the same direction.
3.Change the padding
4.Change the suitable asbestos padding
5.Change the axle sleeve.
