全自動(dòng)玻璃印刷生產(chǎn)線Fully Automatic Glass Printing Production Line
適用于建筑玻璃、工藝美術(shù)玻璃、大巴前檔玻璃、幕墻玻璃及各種板材的印刷。
1．本生產(chǎn)線組成：預(yù)***機(jī)→全自動(dòng)玻璃絲網(wǎng)印刷機(jī)→輸送檢驗(yàn)機(jī)→烘干及冷卻機(jī)→卸片機(jī)。
2．生產(chǎn)線采用PLC＋人機(jī)界面集中控制，保證玻璃預(yù)***、***、印刷、烘干、風(fēng)冷、輸送、卸片等各動(dòng)作協(xié)調(diào)有序進(jìn)行，控制系統(tǒng)可靠；人機(jī)界面的運(yùn)用，為用戶提供了親善的操作環(huán)境。
3．印刷機(jī)工作臺(tái)板采用優(yōu)質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)鋼板精磨而成，臺(tái)面平整，表面采用特殊工藝處理，防銹蝕，摩擦系數(shù)小，保證印刷過(guò)程不劃傷玻璃；采用機(jī)械同步離網(wǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)，配合刮墨動(dòng)作將網(wǎng)版同步提高，不僅提高了印刷質(zhì)量，同時(shí)延長(zhǎng)了網(wǎng)版的使用壽命；設(shè)置的輔助模板裝置可以在印刷時(shí)使***從輔助板到玻璃上平穩(wěn)過(guò)度，提高了印刷的質(zhì)量，也保護(hù)了刮膠及網(wǎng)版。
4．烘干機(jī)利用遠(yuǎn)紅外線使油墨的烘干效果優(yōu)良，采用比例控制新概念，設(shè)有強(qiáng)制熱風(fēng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。冷卻工位段采用強(qiáng)制風(fēng)冷結(jié)構(gòu)，確保玻璃達(dá)到二次印刷連線的工藝要求。

1. This machine is composed by Pre-orientation machine →automatic glass screen printing machine →inspection machine →drying conveyor and cooling conveyor →Unloading machine.
2. It adopts PLC and man-mechani*** panel to control, make sure the process of pre-orientation, fix position, printing, drying, cooling, transferring, unloading can be ***oothly. The man-mechani*** panel runs make a kindly operation environment for the user also.
3. the printing table makes by good quality steel, make the table flat, the surface adopts special artistic disposal, prevent from rusting, attrition coefficient is little, ensure the glass not be destroyed during printing, it adopts snap-off structure as the in-phase of mechani***, with squeegee heighten the screen, it not only improves the printing quality but also extend the using life for the screen, the assist device makes the squeegee across the glass ***oothly when printing, improves the printing quality, and protects the squeegee and screen.
4. The drying conveyor dries the printing ink well by making use of the infrared, it is with the new concept of proportion control, with strong heating wind circle system. On the part of cooling, it adopts coerce wind cooling, makes sure the glass can arrive to the second time printing demand.
