SASO是英文Saudi Arabian Standa*** Organization的縮寫，即沙特阿拉伯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)***。SASO負(fù)責(zé)為所有的日用品及產(chǎn)品制定***標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中還涉及度量制度，標(biāo)識(shí)等。事實(shí)上，SASO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中有很多是在相關(guān)的國(guó)際電工***會(huì)（IEC）等國(guó)際***的的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基礎(chǔ)上建立的。像很多其他的***一樣，沙特阿拉伯根據(jù)自己***的民用及工業(yè)電壓，地理及氣候環(huán)境，民族***習(xí)慣等在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中添加了一些特有的項(xiàng)目。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)保護(hù)消費(fèi)者的目的，SASO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不只針對(duì)從國(guó)外進(jìn)口的產(chǎn)品，對(duì)于在沙特阿拉伯本土生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品也同樣適用。
沙特阿拉伯工業(yè)及***及SASO要求所有SASO認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包含的產(chǎn)品在進(jìn)入沙特海關(guān)時(shí)有SASO認(rèn)證證書。沒(méi)有SASO證書的產(chǎn)品會(huì)被沙特港口海關(guān)拒絕入境。
根據(jù)沙特內(nèi)閣法令Nº.213，原SASO I***已終止，依照內(nèi)閣法令Nº6386，一項(xiàng)新的針對(duì)出口沙特王國(guó)的產(chǎn)品評(píng)定方案已獲得批準(zhǔn)，并將取代原SASO I***方案。這項(xiàng)新的評(píng)定方案由沙特商貿(mào)部***實(shí)施，旨在確保出口到沙特王國(guó)的產(chǎn)品符合相應(yīng)的沙特王國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)際性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
新的評(píng)定方案要求：所有沙特進(jìn)口的貨物必須附有一張符合性證書（Certificate of Conformity）簡(jiǎn)稱CoC– 但被禁止或豁免的產(chǎn)品除外 – 以證明產(chǎn)品符合相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）要求。證書必須確認(rèn)這些產(chǎn)品在原產(chǎn)國(guó)都在具有相應(yīng)資質(zhì)的代理機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)督下，進(jìn)行了正規(guī)的檢定。對(duì)于貨物的清關(guān)和交付，符合性證書(CoC)是強(qiáng)制性的，沒(méi)有獲得證書或者不符合產(chǎn)品符合性評(píng)定方案要求的貨物都將在目的地被拒收。

1.產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)費(fèi)用：請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┫嚓P(guān)的產(chǎn)品資料過(guò)來(lái)評(píng)估價(jià)格，多個(gè)系列產(chǎn)品申請(qǐng)時(shí)價(jià)格更優(yōu)惠。
2.驗(yàn)貨證書費(fèi)：

All goods shall comply with the below general requirements:所有的產(chǎn)品都應(yīng)滿足下列的一般要求：
Marking產(chǎn)品銘牌
1) All Markings should be in“Arabic”or“English”or both“Arabic & English”所有的銘牌需要用阿拉伯文或者英文，或者阿拉伯文以及英文。
2) All markings should contain the following details:所有的銘牌信息需要包含以下內(nèi)容：
Description/Name of Product描述/產(chǎn)品名稱；
Name of Manufacturer or his trademark制造商的名稱或商標(biāo)；
Model number型號(hào)；
Country of Origin原產(chǎn)地國(guó)。
3) All electrical goods must be legibly and indelibly marked (paper stickers are not acceptable) with below information:電器產(chǎn)品的包裝需要包含以下信息：
Voltage rating電壓；
Frequency rating頻率；
Power rating (if applicable)功率（如有）：
P.S. Other requirement should reference to the specific SASO Standard for each product產(chǎn)品的其他特定要求將以SASO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為主，如：IP等級(jí)，氣候類型等。
Instruction說(shuō)明書
Instruction for use and storage and any warning requirement related to the product must be always in Arabic使用說(shuō)明書、儲(chǔ)存說(shuō)明書以及警示語(yǔ)需要用阿拉伯文。
shipping marks嘜頭，packing (carton/Crate/Cage/pallet)包裝(紙箱/木箱/籠/托盤)
“Arabic” or “English” or both are acceptable for shipping marks嘜頭語(yǔ)言為阿拉伯文或者英文，或者阿拉伯文以及英文。
Description/Name of Product描述/產(chǎn)品名稱、型號(hào)；
Name of Manufacturer or his trademark制造商的名稱或商標(biāo)；
Name & Address of the person (company) resp***ible for marketing of the product (if different from the manufacturer)市場(chǎng)銷售的責(zé)任人（公司）的名稱、地址（若與制造商不一致），簡(jiǎn)稱亦可；
Date of Production產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)日期。
Country of Origin (CO) marking原產(chǎn)地國(guó)標(biāo)識(shí)
1) CO must be specified as‘Made in, mentioning the complete country name. For e.g. products manufactured in China must be labeled as‘Made in China’. Products labeled as‘Made in P.R.C’is not acceptable原產(chǎn)地國(guó)標(biāo)識(shí)必須顯示完整的***名稱，如“Made in China”,“Made in P.R.C”---不接受！英文或阿拉伯文均可。
2) CO must be non removable (either engr***ed or printed with indelible ink) and both the principal product as well as the external retail packaging must bear this information. Each package within a pallet shall bear the CO原產(chǎn)地國(guó)標(biāo)識(shí)必須使用不可拆卸的材料（刻，絲印，或用不褪色墨水打?。?。產(chǎn)品上，包裝（零售包裝）上，外部包裝盒，包裝箱等都必須體現(xiàn)此信息。
3) CO is applicable to all shipments (air/land/sea) and all products (irrespective of whether it will be sold or given free of charge)不論產(chǎn)品是海運(yùn)、陸運(yùn)或空運(yùn)，都必須要有原產(chǎn)地國(guó)標(biāo)識(shí)（不論是否會(huì)出售或免費(fèi)給予的產(chǎn)品）。
4) Saudi customs c***iders the country of assembly as the country of origin. For e.g. if the parts of a machine are manufactured in Switzerland and assembled in China then the machine must be labeled as’Made in China’.由其他***生產(chǎn)的配件，在中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)組裝的成品，成品上也同樣需要標(biāo)“Made in China”。
